Office Policies

Our reception staff have many years of experience to help you with your needs regarding appointments, helping you understand fees and completing any insurance forms so that you may be reimbursed from your dental plan.

Please keep us updated with any new phone numbers, address and email changes as well as insurance information.

Typically, your first visit includes the collection of your personal contact information, medical and dental history, dental insurance information if applicable, and an examination and consultation with Dr. Ross. Your concerns and question will be reviewed and additional appointments scheduled if necessary. It can also be helpful if previous dental radiographs are made available - we can assist in their collection from your previous dentist.

We will do our utmost to schedule your appointments at the most convenient time for you. If unplanned emergencies cause us to run late, we will let you know the anticipated delay as soon as possible. In turn, to allow us to best accommodate all of our patients' needs, we do request 48 hours notice of appointment cancellations.

We know your desire for a more beautiful and healthy smile and mouth is important to you. Our commitment to patient care includes helping our patients to achieve their goals. We take the time to help you understand the fees and then make payment as easy as possible for you.
We accept payment for treatment in many forms: VISA, Master Card, debit, cheque or cash. Payment is due at the time of service. Payment plans can be arranged, when needed, for extensive treatment.

Please ask us for more information. If you are covered by a dental plan, we will complete all the necessary forms and submit them to your insurance company for you. Most plans allow us to submit your claim electronically, so that in many cases, you will be reimbursed within a week.

There is limited parking for our patients across the lane from our building and also on neighbouring streets. Watch for "residents only" signage. There is pay parking across Broadway at the Safeway as well as metered parking on West Broadway which is in effect after 9:00am.
